We produce Mens articles like Full Brogue , Brogue Derby, Plain derby, Oxford shoes, Oxford Derby, etc. using superior quality Cow,Box calf , French calf ,Baby calf full grain Nappa Leather & drum dyed Cow Leather lining which is very soft with silky feel. In between Special Foam padding is used to ensure extra Comfortness of Footwear.

Hand stitching :

We produces own threads using a material called hemp. Hemp is fine cotton and the strength of the thread is determined by the shoemaker by adding more hemp which is hand rolled and waxed. This is painstakingly important to the finished product and is not a process commonly used by other craftsman.

Hand finished :

All our bespoke welted work is hand finished. This uses ancient traditions where glass is used to bring edge of the sole and heel to a smooth finish before edging irons complete the process

Fitting :

We conduct a fitting with the unfinished shoes, to see if any alterations are required in order to make sure the shoes fit perfectly.
Any adjustments are made.The shoes are adjusted so that they fit your feet perfectly.
It is not uncommon to have several fittings to ensure the perfect fit.

We have the best shoemakers to ensure the product you receive is of the highest quality and truly bespoke with hand skived leather, stiffeners, toe puffs and insoles, no fibre board components are used. The leathers we use are whole calf or kid skins, which are soft, subtle and strong, keeping our shoes looking good for a long time. Factory made shoes are often made from split hides to cut costs leading to them looking scuffed or splitting quite rapidly.

Our shoes are repairable. They are not throwaway items that will clutter up landfill sites for generations. Trainers are reported to be a very significant part of landfill sites and the soles are almost indestructible.
Shop bought shoes are not so cheap when looked at long term. They wear out sooner, need more time looking for replacements and often look very tired and wrinkled after just a short time.

Durability :

Obviously this will depend on how you wear your shoes and how well you look after them. We have had a customer that we made them 6 years ago ! .This gives them a chance to air thoroughly and prolongs their life. It is also good to have your shoes regularly repaired.

Discussion with client regarding expected outcome, to include style, leathers for uppers and linings and finally the finish.These details are given to the last maker who will then make your 'lasts' (wooden forms) from the outlines and measurements and a suitable toe shape and pitch (heel height) will be incorporated.The pattern cutter will then make patterns. These will then be used to 'click' (cut) the uppers (leather part) from the leather.The closer will then piece together the uppers and 'close' (stitch together).

Upper :

The uppers will be lasted onto your lasts. After a suitable amount of time the uppers will be removed. A first fitting is then required, at this point there will be no sole on the footwear and a temporary heel. At this stage any variations to fit and shape can be altered. If the first fit is a success and no alterations are required then the shoes are put back onto their lasts and finished to your requirements. Should alterations be needed then these will be made and a further fitting will be scheduled. The delivery times for made to measure footwear, is approximately 3 weeks to first fit.Each of our clients are as individual as the footwear we craft for them. Whether you require footwear simply for style ,there is no limit to the time we dedicate to each client and their footwear.




Unfortunately, time-honoured shoe making skills are declining within our industry. The traditional footwear manufacturing climate in Bangladesh is so volatile and so few factories and workshops remaining that when the Craftsman retire, their skills gained through generations of shoemakers are lost, forever, apprentices have not been trained to take their place. Along with our fellow remaining shoemakers we have become a niche manufacturing breed, making footwear that has no place in the fast paced world that holds no store with a product that is not dictated by how long it took to make and could there have been a cheaper, quicker, inferior replica.We take all the time that is needed to make footwear, we groove the insole to hold the welt (it's not stuck on) we use the finest leathers available (however difficult they are to work with) we leave the footwear on the last, (however long it needs) and then finally we polish (we do not spray). All of our manufacturing processes take place in our workshops.
