SHIPPING & RETURNS:

1.Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an out-of-stock condition does occur, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date via e-mail or telephone. Shipping is determined according to the weight and quantity of items.

We provide Standard DHL (5 working days), Express (2-3 day delivery) and Overnight shipping. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico: Orders will be shipped via UPS. An additional $22.00 will be added to the standard shipping and handling prices above.

Shipping to the U.S.: Canadian orders are notified via e-mail of the cost of Shipping and Handling. Once acceptance of the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international courier. Customers are responsible for any customs or tax imposed on Canadian orders. For shipping to North America, please email us at
shipping[at]fgfootwear.com.

2.We will ship all in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as soon as they become available.

3.You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. Because you are also responsible for making sure we receive the return package safely, we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as FG Shoes is not responsible for the delivery of return packages. Returned products must be in new, unworn condition with original and/or packaging materials. Items showing wear and tear are not returnable and will be sent back at the customer's expense. To return an item, complete the return form enclosed with the order. Ship the merchandise, the return form, and the packing list/receipt back to us.


4.Shoes returned without the packing list/receipt will not be accepted. A return credit will take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your record.All sale items are FINAL.No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on Sale items.
